Tagging Strategy

Each NPC file uses consistent tags:

  • npc/[category] - major, minor, merchant, antagonist
  • relationship/[status] - ally, neutral, enemy, unknown
  • location/[where] - Primary location association
  • faction/[group] - Organizational affiliation
